Most people think it too simple to make tea, just prepare tea ware and water, then the tea can be drunk after boil water. However, it is quite a skill to make good tea. It can be achieved according to the different features of different teas with various methods. Here we would like to introduce different brewing methods to you.
As one kind of fermented teas, you can enjoy black tea with cup or teapot. At first, you should prepare all the tea wares, such as teapot, cup, etc and clear them with clean water. You'd better choose white china cup when making top grade black tea. Take 3g black tea into the cup. If you brew tea with tea pot, ensure the ratio of tea and water is 1:50, then rush into 80% percent boil water. Generally, you can watch and smell the tea. When the temperature is lower, you can enjoy your tea life.
Green tea is the broadest possible tea in China. In most cases, it is suggested to drink top green tea with glass or white china cups without cover that's because you can both appreciate tea leaves and prevent leaves be cooked and lose original color and taste. If you choose normal green tea, you won't worry about too many things, drink with dessert is OK.
Chinese herbal tea is famous for the fresh flowers utilized, especially Jasmine tea. It is stated that herbal tea is just like a poem, so drinking herbal tea is a art. The better tea wares utilized would be white tea china or tureen. You can also use transparent class. At first, appreciate flowers' appearance, then mix with 85 degree water, add the cover and watch tea leaves' dancing in the water. Three minutes later you can taste the aromatic herbal tea. If the grade is lower, you'd better use white tea china or tea pot and mix with 100 degree boiling water.
There is a traditional method of making Oolong tea.
1.Wash the tea wares with boil water before brewing tea. During the brewing process, the tea wares should maintain heat from beginning to end.
2.Puting the tea leaves into pot. Broken tea in the bottom, then thick leaves, at last, put middle and small leaves in order to avoid tea dust build up the spout.
3.Pulling boil water from the sides and ensure the tea leaves wallow.
4.Outwell the liquid when the water covered tea leaves.
5. The quantity of second water filling is 90% percent. Capping and pour the pot body with boil water. About 2-3 minutes, exquisite taste of Oolong tea comes out.
White and Yellow Tea
White tea is made with only two processes, so making white tea is rich of appreciation. Just take silver tip pekoe for example. Take 2g tea leaves into glass and crush some water at 70 degree and soak for 10 seconds. Then crush the remaining boil water from one direction. The tea can be drunk after 3 minutes. Due to the special features, the taste and color of liquid is lighter.
Yellow tea is made by tea buds in spring and full of individuality. Just like Junshan Silver Needle Tea, at first, clean the tea wares and take 3g tea leaves into the glass. Pull a half of boil water with 70 degree quickly. Later on infuse water to 70%-80% of the cup and add the cover. 5 minutes later, you would see magical scene with unique atmosphere.
Pu-erh tea is made in Yunnan province in China. If you want to taste authentic tea flavor, just follow the following steps.
1. Put 10g tea leaves into the cup and infuse 500ml boil water to wash the tea leaves.
2. Infuse boil water again and soak for 5 minutes. Then you can enjoy the liquid. The soup color is strong bright red, the aroma is unique and stale, taste is mellow and sweet. You can also make pu-erh tea into buttered tea.
